    I’m a former CEO, current entrepreneur, founder of Systemic and a doctoral researcher on physiological stress contagion. I know what drives business performance, and what silently kills it.

    Most recently, I served as CEO of CCEA Oy (part of the Gofore Group), where I led an owner-driven value creation agenda, resulting in organic revenue growth from €5M to €10M in three years, while sustaining ~20% EBITDA and achieving 4.6/5 customer satisfaction.

    Throughout my career, I have partnered with leading corporations including NSN, KONE, Elisa, Stora Enso, Nets, S-Group, Mandatum Life, the Finnish Defence Forces, and various ministries, while also working closely with fast-growing companies

    I’ve spent my career driving growth, profitability, and transformations in many companies. I’ve led strategic change, navigated mergers and acquisitions, and seen firsthand how much leadership matters: Through decisions, through presence, influence, and the ability to role model the future under pressure.

    Strategies don’t fail because they’re wrong. They fail because humans can’t deliver them at the speed, clarity, or collaboration required. And that’s not a mindset problem. It’s a physiological one.

    I’ve always been fascinated by human behavior — why we think, act, and feel the way we do.

    My journey began with exploring cognitive biases and self-awareness. But when I discovered the role of biology, physiology, and nervous system regulation, everything clicked. I realized I had been solving a puzzle I didn’t even know I was trying to solve.

    Today, I’m doing doctoral research on physiological stress contagion in organizations at Tampere University. Every business, every team, and every leader can radically improve performance by understanding how human physiology shapes behavior and by learning to lead from a calm, and grounded state.

    Jussi is an 8-time founder and board leader with a career spanning technology, marketing, and AI. A former C-level executive, he has built and scaled companies across industries from telecommunications to professional services. Known for his ability to combine strategic vision with hands-on execution, Jussi brings a rare mix of entrepreneurial courage, corporate leadership experience, and a deep understanding of how human resilience shapes business success.     My commitment to merging human biology with business performance began nearly twenty years ago at TeliaSonera. A psychologist observing my unusually high stress tolerance told me: “Because your stress tolerance is so strong, you must care for your health exceptionally well.” That observation followed me – and eventually crystalized in a far more personal way.

    Over my career as a founder, strategist, and board professional, I’ve witnessed how unnoticed stress clouds decision-making, disrupts leadership chemistry, and erodes trust in ways leaders often fail to notice. I’ve also seen how one person’s grounded presence can reset team energy, dramatically improving collaboration and directional clarity.
